Given the time of day, I understood and assumed I’d hear from them the next day. To my surprise, within just five minutes, Hillary Van Gelderen from my local State Farm office gave me a call. I was impressed by the prompt response, especially so late in the day. I explained that I needed a driver’s eligibility certificate for my daughter, and Hillary immediately started working on it. She mentioned that she was new and wanted to confirm the process with her colleagues to ensure everything was done correctly. I truly appreciated her honesty and thoroughness—many people rush through tasks, but she took the extra steps to get it right. Hillary was not only efficient but also incredibly kind.
